We are undertake professional facade thermal insulation jobs.

With facade insulation, we can increase the life and value of our building, reduce our overhead costs, so our investment will pay off in just a few years.

According to statistics, the value of a thermally insulated family house is 5-10% higher than that of those that are not insulated. Thermal insulation requires expertise, as the range of raw materials is almost endless. In addition to renovating the facade, we undertake the insulation in one design.

In the centre of a poorly insulated house, flat, or building, the temperature is much higher than next to the walls, in which case we tend to feel the cold emanating from the walls.

Our decades of experience are at your disposal from the selection of materials to the final touches.

Don’t wait till the next winter to get your thermal insulation done!

Without wishing to be exhaustive, the following is a brief description of the characteristics of some materials:
Expanded polistirol (EPS)
Heat dissipation factor:
λ=0,040 W/(mK)

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is perhaps the cheapest of the thermal insulation materials, and thus the most common. The very good thermal insulation is due to the air resting in the closed cells. The enclosed air does not leave the cells, so the thermal insulation capacity of the material does not decrease over time.

Graphite thermal insulation system
Heat dissipation factor:
λ=0,031 W/(mK)

This thermal insulation system is also based on polystyrene, but the added graphite increases its thermal insulation capacity, so that a better thermal value can be achieved in the same thickness. The graphite additive reduces the radiant heat transfer in the polystyrene cells and thus the thermal conductivity of the material will be more favourable. A 20% better thermal conductivity means a similar amount of extra energy savings.

Extrudated Polistirol (XPS)
Heat dissipation factor:
λ=0,035 W/(mK)

XPS is a closed cell structure material, its water absorption is almost equal to zero (0.2–1.0 V%), so its excellent thermal insulation capacity does not deteriorate even in the event of long-term exposure to moisture. The excellent mechanical properties of the XPS will not change throughout the life of the building. With this material we can create completely new structural solutions that are not feasible with other thermal insulation materials. It is mainly used for thermal insulation of plinths and cellars.

Mineral wool
Heat dissipation factor:
λ=0,042 W/(mK)

Due to its open-pore structure, a natural insulating material, water vapor can migrate practically unhindered, i.e. it has excellent vapor permeability. This ensures that the building structures are breathable and that construction moisture escapes. The living space becomes more comfortable, as the inner surfaces of the external walls are not cold, there is no condensation.

Hemp insulation board
Heat dissipation factor:
λ=0,043 W/(mK)

Today’s new element is the hemp insulation board, which is a heat and sound insulation board made from hemp fibres by a dry manufacturing process. Hemp is the most elastic and strongest natural fibres, not attacked by insects and rodents. Due to its material structure, it has excellent humidity control properties, is an environmentally friendly, harmless, renewable material, and at the same time has a high heat storage capacity.

Of course, in addition to the above, there are many other options (fiberglass, cellulose, wool, etc.) available to builders, so we definitely recommend the involvement of a building energy specialist to select the optimal insulation material.
